Hi all,
I have the same camera/firmware issue as described in this post but for some reason the easy refresh fix is not working for me - the result is the same with CTRL + F5 and full cache reset.
NVR model:-
DS-7604NI-K1 / 4P(B), firmware V4.30.061 build 210204 - (this is not the latest version but v4.30.85 would not be allowed to be installed when starting the upgrade button. Instead to resolve that matter the firmware was downgraded one version below V3.4.110 and then upgraded to V4.30.061. That firmware upgrade was done to resolve a separate issue, now resolved).
Cameras:-
3 x Bullets DS-2CD2055FWD-I
Old: V5.4.5 build 170124
New: V5.6.5 build 200316
1 x Dome DS-2CD2363G0-I
Old: V5.5.80 build 180911
New: V5.6.5 build 200316
The issue only affects the DS-2CD2055FWD-I cameras. The dome DS-2CD2363G0-I is not affected despite upgrading at the same time. I have also tried rebooting the NVR but that has not cleared the problem either.
Am running Chrome 91.0.4472.124 x64, IE Tab version: 14.6.15.1 & Helper version: 14.6.15.1. Incidentally I have tried opening in Internet Explorer without IETab but same result. OS: Windows 10 21H1.
Any thoughts on how to go about fixing this?

HikVision Configuration menu jumbled
I've seen this a few times now, and had reports from several customers of their HikVision camera or NVR or camera's 'Configuration' menu appearing jumbled, and being unable to click or select any of the items in the list at the left hand side. This often seems to happen after a firmware update...
