Greetings.
I managed to connect a DVR that does not have the AcuSense function and an IP camera that has the AcuSense function and they work great together. The DVR records an alarm/event and constantly scans and marks potential targets. It is a combination of an analog camera and an IP camera connected to the DVR.
If anyone is interested in this, I can write how I did it.
Hikvision DVR 7100 Turbo HD

The IP camera is connected to the DVR via a router.
-- On the computer, access the IP camera and select the "smart event" option.
-- I chose the option " region invasion "
-- Set all the details you want and the recording time and notification mode.
-- Then go to the "LOCAL NETWORK" option.
-- Then go to the "LOCAL NETWORK" option, and enable the "rules" option.
When you finish all that, then connect the DVR to the network. That's how I managed to get the DVR to accept commands from the IP camera. Maybe it's not necessary, but I managed to do it this way.
I'm a beginner and I don't have much experience.

Thanks, I will try it. I am also a beginner.

I want to share my experience with you. The first thing I want to say is.......Problems.
--It is not good to access the camera from several different devices (computer, laptop, phone) and enable the "Local rules" option.
I had a problem with breaking... , in videos and image display.

It is necessary to select a device with which to access the camera and adjust the camera parameters.
The Acusense option works and everything works ok. The DVR and IP camera have the VCA option. It's nice to see target targeting and tracking but.......
