DMSS app 2.1.11 on Android - Playback no longer works

I use SmartPSS on a PC and Live View & Playback work fine for my system there.

I use DMSS App on Android and Live View & Playback used to work without any problem. I don't use the app for playback very often but now I notice that with the current version 2.1.11 Playback does not work at all.

Anyone have any ideas?

The system is added using the serial number and using the Dahua cloud etc. Live View works but when I go to Playback it just says "No records". I can click on the Calendar and it shows blue dots on the days where I have footage, but clicking on any date/time just always says "No records".

My user is in "admin" group with all Playback and Monitor channels checked.
 
First thing I would check is filtering video type.
This is a little funnel icon next to the calender date select. Make sure you are viewing all video types.

Thanks, filter is set to "All" and makes no difference filtering on other things.
 
Still have this problem on Android, now up to version 2.3.2 but no change...
