Firmware Failed Says mismatched. TFTP does not connect. I can ping the camera when it boots at 192.0.0.64 for a little bit but the tftp never connects.
Disabled firewall. Isolated switch. Run as administrator. Nothing works.
Does anyone know if this camera can be flashed. I can log in an update but no update works. May have stepped over a version by mistake
Camera still works but not properly. No PTZ config on live view screen

What firmware version is the camera currently running and which version were you trying to update it with?

Currently v5.6.16. I have tried many others. Always says mismatch

Ok, v5.6.16 is the latest firmware for that model so there is no point trying other firmware.

If you are having issues getting the camera running all I could suggest is that you hard reset the camera, if after resetting you still can't get the camera to work then the unit is likely faulty.

It worked ok but a little flaky and then I skipped the earlier version like it says not to do. It works now but there is no ptz config available. Do you mean to factory default it. And won't I lose the pattern I now have running if it doesn't work

Yes, factory resetting/defaulting the camera will wipe all settings on the camera.

What firmware version were you running before you upgraded to v5.6.16? If it was a version before v5.6.11 then this is likely why you are seeing issues because as you will see in the firmware folder for this model there is a note saying you must update to v5.6.11 before updating to versions beyond that.

If you haven't already I would try downgrading to v5.6.11, if that doesn't work and downgrading to any of those versions does not work your only option to have a chance of getting all functionality back will be to hard reset the camera.

Well miracles do happen. I guess the dozen or more reboots powering off and on the camera to try and get the firmware to flash and now all of a sudden the config buttons for the ptz are back and working. I dont know what I did. It still shows the v5.6.16
