Free DDNS Account not worknig after 30 days, how to fix problem

hi guys, I need your help I got Hikvision Cameras install in my Home, and I got free DDNS Account from no-ip website, but this Account not work after 30 days, and they send me a link every month to click on it to run account & stay,. If I forgot or not check my email for 3 weeks then my ddns account is totally disconnect.

So I like to know, how to stay on ddns account longer over years for free of cost.

If you're got Hikvision cameras, you may want to take advantage of their free DDNS offering, HiDDNS. It has no expiration date or trial period and is free.

hi I purchase from ebay, it says overseashikvision, so do you know, which free ddns I have to use in china for this hikvision camera.

hi there, I go to this site and I become member, after this I enter my HIKVISION Serial# etc in the required fields, after this it is saying error all the time.,

is this the right free hikvision ddns site or not
so how to fix this problem , because I am entering exactly correct Serial# etc in the required fields,

please make me correct.

What are the DDNS options that you can see in your Hikvision?

I can see this below in "Protocol type "
-IP Server
-DYnDNS
-NO-IP
-HiDDNS
I can see this above 4 options only, when I click on "Protocol Type", and I have this Camera below
1)- Hikvision DS-2CD2532F-IWS 3MP Built-in MIC WiFi IR IP66 POE Network Dome Camera
2)- HIKVISION DS-2CD3132F-IWS HD 1080P POE 3MP 2.8mm IR Dome Network IP Camera

It is a DDNS service from Hikvision, it is free.

But I noticed that it's not accepting new users. So I did some research, and found out that the HiDDNS has been discontinued; they announce the migration from Hikvision’s HiDDNS Service to the Hik-Connect platform.

To use the new platform follow these instructions:
1. Upgrade device to proper firmware that supports Hik-Connect
2. Enable “Hik-Connect” on device local or Web GUI, and configure corresponding parameters if necessary
3. Download the Hik-Connect App from the IOS App store/Google Play
4. Register user’s personal account via email or phone number at Hik-Connect App/Hik Connect web portal/iVMS-4200
5. Add user’s owned devices into user’s registered account
6. The new registered device is ready to use
