Gamut NVR not seen the 2 working channels on rxcam

I have a Gamut NVR which has 2 cameras connected which I can see the feed from both channels on the console screen & via a laptop on the same network in a browser using the IP address but I can only see channel 1 remotely via the RX Cam software.

I don’t understand the logic that means I can see only 1 of the two cameras.

Help please.

Ok, I fixed the issue by using RX Camview on my mobile BUT I now need to have a live feed to a remote monitor via the internet.
RX camview does not have a windows version although I have tried some of the emulation options available but can’t get them to work.

Can anyone suggest a solution?
