Anyone encountered this error with HIK connect to view the cameras?

"Error code: OSCVG16-026102"

We haven't seen that code before.

What's your NVR model?
What firmware version is it running?

What camera models?
What firmware are they running?

Hik-Connect on Android or IOS?
What release version of Hik-Connect?
