Is there a reason I can’t connect my phone to my hik vision dvr via the hik-connect app while in the same local network but without internet data?
.. But works perfectly when there is internet data and remotely connects ..
It had always worked perfectly while in the same local network without internet data until a year or two ago .. thank you
