Just got a new camera and having trouble connecting it to the wifi. When i try to connect to my normal wifi it says to connect to HAP_F42291811 but it requires a pasword and i dont know the pasword to it.
When i try to do the configure manually option it says “Turn on the Wifi function, and then select the Wi-fi named SoftAP_F42291811(XXXX refers to the verification code on the back of the device).”
However there is no wi-fi that is named SoftAP_F42291811
Can someone ease help me
