Hikvision Client iVMS-4200 issues

Hi first post and whilst I know my way around a computers etc. I know very little about CCTV cameras.

I have four cameras which all show on my android device via the Hik Vision app without issue, and up until recently the client was working fine on my Macbook. However for no obvious reason the client has stopped working.

The four cameras are showing but with a red circle with a line through it next to all of them. When I drag them across I get the following error message -

Home_IP Camera01 live view failed. Error Code 24. The channel is unavailable.

I have camera01, 02, 03 and 04 all doing the same with the same error

As stated, it was working fine and is fine on my phone app.

Have you got the latest Mac version of HikVision's IVMS-4200?

Thanks for the reply - yes i have the latest version of IVMS-4200 installed.

As stated it was working fine but now all 4 cameras are showing as offline but the device is online and working on my android phone.
