Firmware Hikvision DS-2CD2E20F firmware update - which 'platform'?

I have a DS-2CD2E20F-W with firmware V5.4.800build 211020. Where should I look for possible newer firmware? This model number does not appear in any of the lists that I have explored -- including https://www.hikvision.com/en/support/download/firmware/.

When logged into the camera, can you go to Configuration > System > System Settings > Basic Information and confirm your camera's "Firmware Version Property".

Can you please share a screenshot of the 'Basic Information' menu from your camera?

It would be useful to know the 'Firmware Version Property' (it should look something like 'B-R-G5-0') because it will help me identify the exact firmware family your camera uses.

Currently I can't access it due to a password problem. I'm in touch with Hikvision support to reset, but that's not succeeding at the moment.
In the meantime, this is the all data that I collected last time I was able to log on:
Firmware Version V5.4.81 build 180203
Encoding Version V1.0 build 180110
Web Version V4.0.1 build 170117
Plugin Version V3.0.6.1

This is all the Configuration menu shows -- no "firmware version property"!

Okay,

I think your model is simply too old and pre-dates the introduction of 'Firmware Version Property'.

Searching through all the firmware locations we have access to, we cannot see any newer firmware than the V5.4.800 which I believe was only a small security update.

Due to how long this model has been obsolete/EOL, this firmware will likely be the last firmware update for this camera.

I'm a little surprised that a camera manufactured in 2019 is already obsolete, but that seems to be the way of things . . .

Your camera may or may not have been manufactured in 2019, but even if it was, these models were first released several years before then (possibly around 2015/16) so the technology/hardware they use is around 10 years old.
