Hikvision DS-7204HUHI-K1/P DVR and I've forgotten the admin password

Hello everyone,
I have a Hikvision DS-7204HUHI-K1/P DVR and I've forgotten the admin password. I've already tried all the usual software methods, including using the SADP Tool and other suggested tools, but unfortunately, nothing has worked so far.
The reset option through SADP asks for a security file/code, but I don’t have a support contact who can generate that for me. I would really appreciate it if anyone could guide me on how to:

• Reset the admin password properly
• Get or generate the required reset file/code
• Or suggest any working solution (even firmware downgrade if it’s a valid method)

Any help or detailed steps would be greatly appreciated. I'm just trying to regain access to my device.
