Hikvision Intercom + BFT Sliding Gate Motor?

Hello,

Wondering if anyone can help - was working with my gate automation installer to connect up my Hikvision Intercom (DS-KD8003-IME1 unit to a BFT A600 sliding gate motor.

We can’t seem to get this working - tried NC1 and COM on the back of the intercom to 60+61 on the gate motor

Don’t suppose anyone knows where we are going wrong?

Does Gate installer knows how does opening triggers on device he sold you?

All i know NO COM on will give short for X amount of time configurable
and NC COM will stop short for X amount of time configurable


Play with short wire on gate motor and see what actually triggers it, once u find out, then you connect intercom
