HiLook poor night performance

Good evening. I need some help. I have hilook camera 1080p 40m ir bullet and 1080p 20m it bullet. The day time the camera are 100% but at night it's not clear at all. We did change it to night mode but it's not help. Can you please help me or see the best way forward for me

For your first image, you need to adjust the camera's view so that the white sign/shop front is not in the scene. It is reflecting a lot of infra-red and the camera is adjusting for this intensity.

In the second I can only assume that the HiLook camera's IR is inadequate for the scene/distance.
