How can i connect Analogue cctv cameras to NVR?

Good day
I have a client who wants to upgrade the CCTV system, there are 10 analogue cameras on a 16-channel Dahua DVR and I would like to use the 10 analogue and connect them to Hikvision NVR, how do I connect them? What devices do I need? please help.

You need an encoder, which you would connect the analogue cameras to and it will produce IP video streams for each camera:
