Hi @camilo langa
We have minimal experience with Panasonic but with most NVRs from professional brands like Panasonic they do not have a physical hard reset button and you will most likely need to login to the NVR to perform a hard reset.
If you do not know the password to login to the NVR then you will need to speak to whoever you bought from or directly to Panasonic Support about how to do a password reset.
