Intermittent sound loss

Hi, I have a NVR 7608Ni with 3 colorview cameras. I've noticed when listening to the sound live or playback every few seconds the sound stops recording for a very short time then comes back on. When I say short I'd say it less than a second but it happens every 10 seconds or so. All 3 cameras do the same thing which sort of points me to the NVR but that looks like it's on the latest firmware version V4.60.005.

Can anyone shed any light on the issue?

It’s probably just the ‘Environmental Noise Filter’ masking the background noise which is enabled by default. If you log in to the camera(s) directly using a web browser you can find it in Settings - Video/Audio - Audio Settings. If the cameras are plugged into the PoE ports of the NVR you’ll first need to log into the NVR using a web browser and enable Virtual Host (Settings - Network Settings - Advanced - Other)
