Hello, I have two cameras model DS-2CV1021G0-IDW1, one with firmware v5.5 101 build 200408 that works well connected to a Dahua XVR, the other camera I had the bad idea of updating to the latest firmware V5.5.821_231108, it turns out that this camera every time the power goes out the time is deprogrammed and is the reason why the XVR does not give an image, once I correct the time of the camera it is seen again on the XVR, I have returned it to factory state several times and the same thing happens, in "time settings" I check the NTP option and record, but every time the power goes out the NTP option appears unchecked,

on the XVR I checked the option "IPC Time Sync" time 1 hour, but no matter how much I wait 2 hours it never synchronizes

Can I downgrade to the previous firmware? (v5.5 101 build 200408) in that case, can you provide me with a download link, because I can't get it

Thanks

Hello, I'll tell you how I solved it:
Luckily I realized that when I connected it via LAN the time was updated, so I went into the WAN configuration and set the gateway of my modem (which was empty) and now after being off for several hours as soon as I turn it on the time is updated and works fine, the strange thing is that the other camera with the old firmware does not need to load the gateway, it is a firmware version issue...

Regards
