I have iVMS-4200 running on a few computers with no issues, however on one device (a new Asus Vivobook) I have an annoying issue which I can't get to the bottom of in which the software, for some reason, fails to remember the username and password despite auto login being enabled (ticked).
I have confirmed auto login did actually work (supposedly) by going to the down arrow next to admin, which confirms it had done as requested. I have also checked and confirmed the user type is 'super user'.
I have the same version running across my other devices, and it's just this laptop that has the issues I have tried a full uninstall and reinstall, disabled Norton firewall and turned down the User Control Settings to no avail.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
