Letters and numbers above people's heads in live view?

When I view the live view of the camera (iDS-2CD7456G0-IZHS) via the nvr, letters and numbers appear above the heads of the people. When I access the camera directly, the image is clean (without letters and numbers). I think it is the settings on the nvr. Could somebody help me to make the letters and numbers gone ( clear live view ). Thanks for every HELP

i have a DS-7608NI-I4/8P with the latest Firmware ( V4.61.025 build220905 ).

Do you know what smart event(s) you have configured on this camera?

Please check the smart event settings both in the NVR and directly on the camera.

Please check the smart event settings both in the NVR and directly on the camera.
On the I series and M series, events configured in the Business Application/Internet of Things setting can display various information on screen like this. If any events have been added in Access Control, Alarm, Audio:

Select the event, configure, click the 'OSD Display Configuration' tab and uncheck any of the displayed items.

The above can show event and card read information on systems where access control and intercom have been integrated.

Hi,

I am having the same issue.

I have looked in the IoT settings and nothing is configured.

It is only doing above people's heads, i would really like to turn this off.

Can you please confirm what NVR and camera models you have? (the ones displaying this issue)
Can you also confirm the firmware versions currently being used by the NVR and cameras?

This is happening across 3 NVR's I have deployed recently:
DS-7608NI-I4/8P
DS-7616NI-M2/16P

All latest firmware.

and then on a camera DS-2CD2146G2-ISU, although none others on the NVR are doing this, however they are older cameras.

Can you please confirm the exact firmware versions you are currently using?

People often think they are running the latest firmware, but there are actually newer versions available.

Can you also confirm if you are accessing the NVRs with a browser or a direct HDMI monitor?

It is on the recordings as well as live view, view both locally, via the browser and via the HikConnect app.

In the NVR local menu, do you have the option for "POS/OSD Overlay"?

If you do, make sure this is disabled.

Also, see this forum thread that mentions "Display VCA Info/Rules" which should also be disabled in the Local menu.
