Looking for someone who has/had DS-7108HQHI-K1

Merry Christmas!

I am looking for someone who has/had DVR/NVR model DS-7108HQHI-K1.

It has firmware V4.21.002 build 190925 and looking to jump upgrade to 4.30.210 build 210111, I honestly don't know the full release note for all firmwares between these two numbers, for PC software it is usually easier to find the changes and decided if it is worth it or not.

I am looking for feedback about their experience with the different versions of the firmware, if they had problems updating it, was it worth it? did it solve problems or enhance the experience, or did it remove some features? or introduce bugs? did it enhance the remote management through web browser experience? did it break old apps like ivms? any feedback is welcomed...

I took screenshots of the settings and exported settings file, I don't know what else to do before updating.

I wanted to update without asking but I heard about bricked cases and the possibility of disabling downgrade by the new firmware so I decide not to do it before consulting here.

Also if someone know where I can find the full list of older firmware I would appreciate it. I got this one after asking HV directly, I couldn't find the firmware through online search.

You're unlikely to get that level of information on this forum. There are alls sorts of changes in the firmware that might be unnoticeable to the end user. I'd always update to the latest version available and downgrade if it causes an issue. Any update is at your own risk.
