Missing options from hikvision cameras

Hi everyone,

I have a couple of Hikvision DS-2CD2387G2-L with

"Firmware Version V5.7.18 build 240826​

Encoding Version V7.3 build 240801​

Web Version V5.1.117_R0101 build 240824​

Firmware Version Property B-R-G5-0"​

and although the manufacturer's website states that "Privacy Mask - 8 programmable polygon privacy masks, mask color or mosaic configurable" I only have 4 programmable polygon privacy masks as mask color(black) only, NO mosaic available.

I also have a few DS-2CD2347G2H-LIU with the same firmware listed above and on all cameras (4mp and 8mp) the Privacy Mash section look exactly the same (see the image).
The screenshot is from windows 10, chrome browser with LocalServiceComponents installed.

Especially for the 8mp ones I would need more than 4 privacy masks, and also mosaic option would probably be even better.
Does anyone know why and what I can do to have the 8 masks and the mosaic option?

I’ve not looked at the release notes, however the G5 firmware is for a huge list of camera models. Often features and fixes in the release notes are model specific.

This is a similar post and Hikvision response to @Dan on July last year but seems they did not understand the question(Hikvision)
I suppose mosaic concerns only IPC-3 series

Privacy mask type - which Hikvision camera models offer the mosaic privacy mask?

Is there any guide/rule how to know which cameras support (or will support in the near future) mosaic privacy mask? For example, DS-2CD2387G2-L(U) lists that it supports this feature. Do we need to check each camera individually? If camera currently does not support this feature, is there any...

I saw that post, but the answer there was that "Only 8MP cameras support mosaic mode" so since I have 8MP cameras without mosaic mode and also with only 4 privacy masks available, I thought I'd ask if anyone knows anything about this situation as well.
As I said above, even on the hikvision website on the product page in the image tab/section it says it has mosaic mode and 8 privacy masks.

Can you remember if this was available with older firmware prior to v5.7.17?
Sometimes also, settings for Privacy Mask are not recognized and cannot be modified by different browser or iVMS4200 or by NVR.
I cannot modify Mask that is created with Edge by using iVMS4200. Possible cause is the plugins.
I cannot modify Mask that is created by Edge or iVMS by using my NVR configuration

I'm not really sure but I'd say that when I quickly looked through the settings before updating to the latest firmware I think I saw a "mosaic" option there (but with the factory firmware and I don't know exactly what version it was, probably 5.7.13/14 maybe).
Is there a place where are listed all the firmwares of a product and preferably with a list of changes for each version?
There is no one to confirm with these camera models or even with some 8mp ones that are supposed to have mosaic mode and 8 privacy masks?

There is a reference as modification?? in v5.7.15 release notes. Nothing else until back to v5.7.10 :

"Modify Function
1. 2/3 series OSD color added customization
2. The 3xx3 model supports 4 streams, up to 8 privacy masks, supports scene change detection and audio exception detection, supports video quality diagnosis in monitoring mode, and smart events such as Loitering Detection, People Gathering Detection, People Running Detection, and Parking Detection have been added"
