No signal & flashing box lights?

Hi, on the monitor it says no signal.
On the front of the box left & middle lights flash.
On the left side through a grill I can see a red flashing light.
The cameras no longer have red power lights.
Any suggestions please? Can I fix this or do I need to get my head office to get an engineer?

My suggestion would be to give more informaion regarding your system, this is too vague to begin with.
