NVR best settings

Hi, I'm new to installing NVR and CCTV systems. I would like some advice on best practices and optimal configurations. I'm using three NVRs, model DS-7732NI-M4/16P, each located in a different location, with approximately 12 IP cameras (DS-2CD2383G2-IU 8MP cameras) connected to each NVR. The cameras are primarily used for live-stream surveillance. Each NVR has a VPN (tailscale) set up so we can use iVMS-4200 locally and display PC screens on a video wall.

Which PC would you recommend for this setup? Additionally, how should I configure the resolutions and video quality for the best performance?
