Power adaptor help

Hi. I currently have a hik vision camera and a dvr ,the power for the camera is fed in to a power box .
I want to add a 2nd camera and run the power via a adapter..The camera is a old but not used bullet type and I can't find the specs for it and I would like to know if I can use this adapter for it ..Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Looking at the datasheet online for this camera model it suggests it needs a 12v PSU and most 12v Hikvision cameras use a 12v/1A PSU

The plugtop PSU only provides 0.5 Amps = 500mA (your camera needs 660mA); in reality it would probably appear to work when you connected it in daylight, but present problems when the IR LEDs/ heater add their load.

The metal box PSU has enough power / will probably work / but is not ideal as it's a slightly higher voltage.
It may be within the spec of the camera's input voltage tolerance - IDK / don't have that to-hand.
It may be unregulated, I suspect it's the type of PSU used for recharging alarm panel batteries (e.g. 12 volt Yuasa).
The voltage at the camera (after volt drop through cables to the camera) may be a little less than the 13.8 volts stated (may be OK).
