Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone can help me.
I apologize for my English, but I use Google Translate.

I have a DS-KV8113-WME1(C) with two DS-KH6320-WTE1 units. I configured everything with iVMS4200.
Everything works, I receive calls and even the live view.

I configured Hik-Connect on Android by connecting the main DS-KH6320-WTE1 indoor unit.
If someone rings at the intercom, I get the call with the live view and can answer or hang up.

The problem is with the live stream on Hik-Connect without a call. It works perfectly on the indoor units, but it no longer works on Hik-Connect.
I'm sure it worked perfectly before. I updated the indoor units and the outdoor unit to the latest firmware, and I've had this problem ever since.

If I try to remove the DS-KH6320-WTE1 from Hik-connect and plug it back in, it works for a while, but then it stops and tells me that the external unit is offline and can't read the video stream. However, if I go to settings/cameras, it tells me it's online instead.

I hope I explained myself clearly, I don't know what else to try.

I also tried adding the DS-KV8113-WME1(C) external unit to Hik-connect, and the live view works by clicking on that unit. However, if they call, I can't hang up, as if having both devices configured on Hik-connect creates a conflict.

Thanks

Solution
I downgraded from: DS-KV8113-WME1(C) V3.7.0 build 250929 ---> to V2.2.78 build 241012 and after reconfiguring the device from HikConnect everything works as before. Version 3.7.0 is probably not suitable for products imported into my country.
Try by closing ivms4200 or deleting from devices. This is not a conflict

Thanks for your reply.
I've already deleted the devices and reconfigured everything.
The iVMS4200 is not active; I only use it for configurations.
The normal situation is the DS-KV8113-WME1(C) with the two DS-KH6320-WTE1 indoor units.

I try to stream video (live view) from Hik-Connect, but it doesn't work. However, if I do it from an indoor unit, it works fine.
Hik-Connect has connected the main indoor unit, which in turn "sees" the outdoor unit.
If I go to the Hik-Connect main page, like the previous screenshot, it says offline, but if I go to the indoor unit settings (still on Hik-Connect) and then to cameras, it tells me the outdoor unit is online.
And indeed, if someone presses the intercom button, I immediately receive a call and see the live view.

When I want to watch the streaming from Hik-Connect, it thinks for a moment and then tells me it can't get the video stream, that there are network problems, but in reality there are no problems.
I'm a computer scientist and I'm sure everything is configured correctly.

Do you have the same problem if adding the device in HikConnect just in local network and not hik server?

If I add the DS-KH6320-WTE1 locally, it doesn't show me the live view because it expects it to be a camera, but it's actually an internal unit that is connected to the DS-KV8113-WME1(C) camera.

If I add the DS-KV8113-WME1(C) locally or remotely, the live view works, but I no longer have control of the DS-KH6320-WTE1 internal unit from my smartphone.

I'm sure it worked before the latest firmware updates, but I'm tempted to restore the previous firmware on the devices to see if I'm actually remembering correctly.

If I add the DS-KV8113-WME1(C) unit locally to hik-connect, live view works perfectly on that unit.

It seems the problem is that when I query the DS-KH6320-WTE1 device via hik-connect, it should show live streaming, but instead it times out!!!

Did you experiment with different DNS settings for both internal and external units? You will not see the result instantly but you can check that after a while.

Also try disabling Platform Access and re-enable after a few minutes

I think I've already tried this. I have AdGuard on Proxmox at home, which acts as my DNS. I'll try changing the DNS of the network the devices are configured on, wait a few days, and then run the tests again. Thanks. I'll keep you updated.

I think I've already mentioned this: if I directly add the DS-KV8113-WME1(C) device to hik-connect, the live view always works, so it doesn't seem like a DNS issue.

The problem only occurs when I try to query the DS-KH6320-WTE1, which in turn should show me the live view.

Nothing, I've tried everything I can, but I'm still having the same problem.
I don't think it was a network issue, even though I changed several DNS records, because if I connect the external unit directly to Hik-connect, the live view works, so the network is fine.
Except that if I have both the external and internal units on Hik-connect, when they ring and I want to hang up, the eternal place keeps calling and doesn't hear the call ending.

The last thing I can do is downgrade the firmware to the previous version and remove the SD card from the internal unit that records video of calls. These are the three things I did, and after that, it didn't work anymore.
