QR code not recognised

Hi,
I am trying to set my p2p up on my dvr but when i try and scan the qrcode it says not recognised, the model is a DVR-208G-F1 , strangely though when looking to update the firmware all the models start with DS and mine DVR , can anyone shed any light on this please.

Which app are you trying to connect the DVR to? The product code is for a HiLook DVR which is Hikvision entry-level consumer range, you will need to use the HiLookVision app - Hikvision App Store

The latest firmware can be found on the Hikvision product page - DVR-208G-F1
