Rekor NVR - browser access user name & password?

Hello All,

One of my family members has just had a new NVR with 4 cameras set up, they can access the system via ESP view App on their phones.

I can see a username and password in the ESP view APP and this is the one the fitter has told me to use, but when I go to the ip address on my laptop this username and password does not allow me in.

Is there a setting in the NVR to change to access via IP on laptop or something else ?


No option to reset password via the IP gui on laptop.

Rekor isn't a brand that I have come across before.

It's likely that you need a different user name & password for the APP and for browser access.

Rekor may provide a separate utility software (like SADP provided by Hikvision) that will allow you to find the NVR on your network, initiate a password reset, etc.

It's probably best to contact Rekor for further information.
