Relatively new to this, so please bear with me. I have a Hikvision DS-7608NXI-K1/8P and can view the cameras at home on Wi-Fi, but when away from home I can't connect. I use the Hik-Connect app on my iphone
I have opened the following ports on my EE Smart Hub Router 80, 8000, 554, 443 and 30999. I have subscribed to a DDNS service with NO-IP and entered the settings into the router and that is working ok. Any ideas what other steps I need to take now? Thanks
