Replacement base for a Hikvision PTZ camera?

Hi,

I’m getting a hikvison Ptz but it doesn’t come with the top base where the mount will attach to.

Does anyone know if I can buy a replacement from hikvision or where else I could get one from?

This is not a spare part that Hikvision supplies, we wouldn't recommend buying this 2nd-hand unit if it isn't supplied with this mounting base.
