HIK Developers..... heads up, if you're still following this forum:
SADP v3.1.3.2 incorrectly reports an invalid MAC address on the 2nd Ethernet interface.
For example, on a DS-7616-M2 @ v5.03.020..... SADP reports:
and yes, I've verified with Wireshark that the real LAN 2 MAC address is truly xx:xx:xx:xx:5A:4B.
It's not creating any other problem that I know of. SADP is just reporting it wrong.
SADP v3.1.3.2 incorrectly reports an invalid MAC address on the 2nd Ethernet interface.
For example, on a DS-7616-M2 @ v5.03.020..... SADP reports:
- on LAN 1, SADP reports MAC address --> xx:xx:xx:xx:5A:4A (this is correct)
- on LAN 2, SADP reports MAC address --> xx:xx:xx:xx:5A:4A (yes, identical to LAN 1, but SADP is running on LAN 2)
and yes, I've verified with Wireshark that the real LAN 2 MAC address is truly xx:xx:xx:xx:5A:4B.
