HIK Developers..... heads up, if you're still following this forum:

SADP v3.1.3.2 incorrectly reports an invalid MAC address on the 2nd Ethernet interface.

For example, on a DS-7616-M2 @ v5.03.020..... SADP reports:
  • on LAN 1, SADP reports MAC address --> xx:xx:xx:xx:5A:4A (this is correct)
  • on LAN 2, SADP reports MAC address --> xx:xx:xx:xx:5A:4A (yes, identical to LAN 1, but SADP is running on LAN 2)
The actual LAN 2 MAC address is really--> xx:xx:xx:xx:5A:4B

and yes, I've verified with Wireshark that the real LAN 2 MAC address is truly xx:xx:xx:xx:5A:4B.

It's not creating any other problem that I know of. SADP is just reporting it wrong.

For added verification, this is the actual ARP Table (partially redacted) from a G5 Camera on LAN 2:

========arp==========
IP address.......HW type.....Flags.......HW address............Mask.....Device
10.10.10.254.....0x1.........0x2.........24:01:c7:22:3b:c6.....*........eth0

10.10.10.200.....0x1.........0x2.........xx:xx:xx:xx:5a:4b.....*........eth0 <<-- this is the NVR on LAN 2
10.10.10.1.......0x1.........0x2.........f0:de:f1:01:7e:dd.....*........eth0
