Hik-Connect Stream Encrytion Key only prompt for some IP cameras.

I am currently experiencing a weired issue with a NVR I am maintaining for a customer. I purchased Four (4) of these cameras DS-2CD1167G2-LUF where they are connected to a PoE Switch with is uplinked to one of LAN Ports on a Hikvision 256CH NVR DS-96256NI-I16/H.

When configuring the cameras to add to the NVR, all that was done was basic configurations (Change default password, change the network settings to the present camera network). After that was completed, I added each camera to the NVR with Hikvision Protocol using Port 8000. The cameras were successfully added but kept disconnecting from the NVR after requesting for the Stream Encrytion Code. I confirmed that both on the camera and the NVR the encrytion was not enable but yet still out of all the cameras connected, only the four new cameras requested for the code.

I have updated the NVR to the current firmware v4.51.127 Build 220831 but I am still experiencing the use while using the Hikconnect app. The connection to the NVR is being done by a Public IP with Port forwarding on their firewall.

Will gladly like anyone assistance on this issue.
