Two problems with my Hikvision DS-7104HGHI-F1 DVR?

DVR model = DS-7104HGHI-F1
Firmware = V4.30.122

I can't Playback with my DVR + 1 IP Cam?
Standard Video looks like an old camera?

Hi,

Does DS-7104HGHI-F1 can handle firmware above V3.4.83 build170526 (currently running) , because using update option in setup doesn't find any update. My main goal is to update the firmware if IP camera is supported. If yes, what is the last stable version I can use?

Hi @Ivaylo

Yes, you are quite a few firmware versions behind (the 'update firmware' button in the DVR menus has never worked properly).

We would recommend updating to this firmware first - DVR-K35_(HGH-E_F)_Oversea_ML_STD_V3.4.89_Build180906 - and then once running this firmware you can update to the latest firmware version - DVR-K35_(HGH-E_F)_EUROPE-ML_STD_V4.30.120_200630

Hey Dan,

Thank you a lot for the rapid response! I already upgraded the firmware as advised and everything works just PERFECT! I manage to add one IP camera, which was the main point of the activity thanks a lot again, this gives a few more years life of the good old DVR...
