Firmware Update my Hikvision NVR and Camera?

Can anyone help me update my NVR and Camera? I've had them quite a few years now and never updated them. Tried updating yesterday but wouldn't work so not sure if I'm trying to use the wrong update file. I'm UK based. Thanks for any help.

I have the DS-7604NI-K1-4P
And
DS-2CD2342WD-I

I've attached an image that shows what firmware etc it's currently on.
