Hik-Connect What is this red circle icon with three lines that I see with this camera's notification alerts please?

Hello, I'm trying to find out what this icon is on my hik connect app please.

During a motion notification alert from one camera. It's a red circle with three lines. I got the alert but when I click to see it I get a message saying no video in the selected range?

Other than that I do still get videos for that camera.

Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you all.
