I currently have entrance gates controlled by a Came system.
We have an IP phone system, which has a gate phone, with keypad. When the call button is pressed it calls all the phones in the group anywhere in the world. We can then answer talk to who is there and open the gates.
The gate phone is connect via cat 6 to our network
We need to get rid of the IP system and we no longer need to phone lines and all we use the system for is control of the gate.
Been researching and Hikvision seems to be the way to go.
But which model as there seems so many.
Don’t need an In Door as we have iphone and iPads which we can use to communicate with the gate.
Any pointers will be appreciated
