IP camera is not making IPv4 DHCP server over ethernet cable?
OK , the camera is working when I route it via a wifi router using a cable but directly connecting to PC is not working. The camera is using my router's gateway (192.168.31.1) and got assigned an Ip add by the router 192.168.31.124 Intrestingly the TCP port is same as in wireless connection i.e...- 360hooda

yes this yes this camera uses two different IPs 1. For wireless connection my PC shows IPv4 address as 192.168.66.101 and IPv4 default gateway : 192.168.66.1 and IPv4 DHCP server as 192.168.66.1 and IPv4 DNS server as 192.168.66.1 . 2.
