I loaded the latest Web Plugins you posted and low and behold everything working again in Microsoft Edge.. :)

UPDATE: Sadly did as you suggested John but no difference at all.
Will have to keep trying although like you I'm sure it's a Windows issue with an update that has caused this. :(
Hi John, thanks for taking the time to solve this problem but I have done exactly as you said both "Local Service Control" and "Web Plugin Components" but sadly hasn't solved mine.
As a fix I have found "Firefox" plays just fine but would love to get Edge working with it.
I spoke too soon, Can view everything direct from the NVR but nothing from the browser.
Hik Connect everything working fine.
Have re-installed the older firmware plus formatted my PC but sadly no change.
Got me baffled now. :(
All my Hikvision setup is working fine with Edge, Like your's it did fail with IE Mode so decided to do a clean Wndows 11 install and it has worked fine with Edge ever since.
I have exactly the same issues, Played around with bitrate, resolution and tried H265 but found it worked better with H264
Interesting to know how to eliminate the stuttering on my setup also.
Hi Neil, Thought I would let you know I am running the iPhone 15 Pro Max and everything is working fine with the App 6.2.1
The only issue I have is the "BUG" already spoken about with the jerky playback but it actually works.
Nothing new as you could always upgrade from the browser before.
Yes I also upgraded and other than the "Choppy" playback through Hik Connect it works fine.
