Hi @Dan Thanks for your reply :) I remember reading somewhere that V4.21.005 build 190509 was released and Hikvision later denied it had been released and to get to the latest version you need to download back to V3. Is this correct? Cheers, Epipen.

Hi there, I am currently using firmware V4.21.005 build 190509 on my DS-7716NI-K4 / 16P which I believe was the pulled/buggy version of the firmware. Please can you advise the best upgrade path to upgrade from V4.21.005 build 190509 to V4.30.061 build210313 ? Many thanks, Epipen.

Hi there, I have just moved offices and and camera port 6 on my DS-7716NI-K4 has stopped working. Just says that the network is unreachable. I have tried multiple cables and cameras and nothing seems to work on port 6. I have plug the same cameras and cables into different ports and works...

Hi there, Sorry for the late reply, just got back from holiday. I am using the correct firmware for the ds-2cd2532f-i. I have 2 boxes using the same setup, the top box is working fine when updating the other gives me the error message. Cheers, Epipen.

Hi there, I have just upgraded my DS-7716NI-K4 / 16P NVR to firmware V4 and all the cameras are working fine apart from one in LiveView on the web interface or the HIK Connect App. The error that I am getting is "Video playing failed. Error code: (246106)" Everything was working fine before...
