I just bot a 8300B version. Updated a firmware to V2.2.76build 240226. The device is in iVMS-4200 online. When I click on a configuration the error is HTTP 404 Not Found. What can be a issue? This happend after the update. Cant be fixes? Thank you for your help

Thank you for your answer. The sad thing is on Hikvision web is not mentioned it will not work with a none B version. Maybe I can hope one day a firmware will fix it.

The solution was add the person and card number in the 8003 directly. If I added in to ivms its not sending the data to the doorbell. Intresting, to send the data from 8003 to ivms is working. My only problem is now when somebody ring no snap shot picture is taken. I have a sd card in the indoor...

Hello Im also checked a Hik-connect app Xioami 9 and same ringing issue. When the app is open and closed its ringing. After 30 min. nothing. All the permissions is allowed and the battery saving turned off.
