Hi , I am struggling with playback skipping on one of my cameras ( 1 DS-2CD2387G2-LU ). It’s on my garage, Live view is fine, but when I playback say a car reversing it skips , not flowing clearly, Any ideas ? Thanks

Thanks for the response. I have got up and reset the camera, and just seeing if this has sorted it.

Just to clarify my issue. My cameras are directly connected to the PoE ports on a Hikvision NVR , they are connected to the NVRs subnet IP range (192.168.254.xxx) I believe . I enabled "Enable HTTPS Browsing" on the camera and it is no longer accessible via the Virtual Host feature. So...

Hi thanks for the reply , so can log into my NVR and my 3 other cameras . So my camera device ip is 192.168.254.2. What should I alter to gain access ? Yes still using default port

Hi there, I have ticked Enable HTTPS Browsing, when in one of my cameras. I can now not access it. Any idea how I can rectify this please. Thanks
