Problem, I can't add mye remote camera to the new hik-connect. It demand the camera to be on the same network as the iphone (app). I have tried S/N # also. Connection to the remote camera is with OpenVPN which is ON. I have Hik-Connect - for End user. Howto?

I use of course OpenVPN to establish contact, but get only substream on ipad using Hikconnect. On computer it is no problem getting highest quality. I am looking for any solution, 3rd party or have I missed possibilities in Hikconnect? Max substream from my camera is 640x480 and not good...
