I’m using the HiWatch NVR-104-A-4P POE, and HiWatch cameras; IPC-D120, IPC-B120 and IPC-T620-Z. I’m away from home at the moment so can’t check the firmware, unless this can be done via the Hik-Connect App?

for some reason, I cannot watch the full playback for yesterday? It seems to be an occurring theme. There are also times when I cannot watch the recent playback (same day) for several hours after the fact. Is there a way to fix this?
Hi, turned out I just needed to reset the camera back to factory settings so it said ‘inactive’ on SADP. Then it worked ♂️
I did also have one of the pairs the wrong way round on my cat5e cable that I plumbed in to the front of the house.

I'm new here. I recently bought the HikVision 4-port POE NVR, along with an IPC-B120 and an IPC-D120. I have set both cameras up and have been able to see the live view from the Hik-Connect app when they are plugged directly into my router or switch (using the separate power supply)...
