Finally we concluded that we will go with 4 AcuSense cameras and 4 normal ip-cemeras and leave the normal-ip cameras without any AcuSense (No AcuSense even in NVR, just smart event based on any object). All 6 cameras are 2 MP. Looks like an ideal NVR for us would be the non AcuSense...

Thank you. It helps We are planning to use all 2MP cameras. We are okay if AcuSense is limited to 4-5 cameras/channels and rest are left with normal IP-cameras. We are bit price sensitive....Is there a 8-ch NVR that can be used instead of 16-ch for cost effectivness ? I see following quotes...
