    Capture Parameters?

Had a look at Manything, competitively priced against other cloud apps e.g. Cammy, CamCloud and AngelCam. 30 days cloud recording, 1 Camera $10.99, 2 cameras $17.99 and up to 5 for $35.99 Biggest draw back is the resolution, Manything only support 720p and EasyIP 2.0 (R6) and EasyIP 3.0 (G1)...

    Capture Parameters?

Hi all, Hoping someone could share some insight on what exactly the capture settings are within the schedule storage options? I'd like my cameras to essentially 'record' full time, but only save to NVR/ftp snapshots, 5s before and after event but it doesn't seem to be working how I have it...

    Chinese hikvision Ip camera

Ian are you able to access them by their IP address? Does their IP show up if you use a port scanner? Advanced IP Scanner - Download Free Network Scanner. As far as I'm aware any incompatibility issues with CH cameras will show an error of language mismatch.

'The user is locked' error on camera

Thanks Phil, never knew about that tool. Awesome it's fixed, I just logged on through the batch tool and then I could use the camera again as normal. That's saved me with another issue where I couldn't update a UK camera as the firmware kept failing. Worked first time in the batch upload tool.

    NVR Firmware 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3

Well I took the risk and gave it a try, and I can confirm that V3.4.96 works with CH cams (V5.2.0).

    NVR Firmware 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3

I read somewhere on the forum that v3.4.91 still works with CH cameras. Four of my eight cameras are CH, ignorantly when I purchased them about 3 years ago I wasn't aware that I might actually need support with these cameras, and there were no issues with region locking and didn't want to pay...

'The user is locked' error on camera

Well I never knew that, thanks. Unfortunately I still get the same error with IE. I've tried setting my PC with a static IP address in case the IP was blocked but still get the same issue.

'The user is locked' error on camera

I've tried changing the IP address through SADP, and I get a 'device rejected' error message. However the password is 100% correct. What's strange though, is I used the password reset functionality and restored it to the default admin/12345 and SADP now allows me to change the IP address. I've...

'The user is locked' error on camera

One of my cameras (DS-2CD2332 v5.2.0 build 140721) went offline over the weekend, on looking in to the issue I've discovered that I can't connect to the camera. The camera has a static IP and is on the same subnet as my PC, on going to the camera's IP address the browser shows the usual login...

    NVR Firmware 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3

Hi My NVR (DS-7608NI-E2/8P) is running V3.0.10build 141126, and I wanted to upgrade the firmware. I've read that I need to upgrade in increments, e.g. 3.1 > 3.2 > 3.3 however I can't find any of these versions on the Hikvision Portals. Does anyone have copies of these I could use? Many thanks

    Can't connect to NVR

Hi all, I setup my Hikvision system a few years back and now have a mix of UK and CH cameras with a UK NVR. After having lots of issues over time of running old firmware I thought I'd go through the upgrade process and get everything working correctly again. My first step was to upgrade the...
