I’ll check the time sync option in the mentioned section on the nvr gui. I couldn’t delete a cam to try the new add cam with the sync option. not sure if my gui shows that option.

@Phil @Kyle thanks for your reply and it seems to me now more clear that NTP will not work via the NVR. I'll look it up to see if i can adjust the settings on the nvr with the already added cams or add them again with the check box selected and within the cams I'll select the manual time sync.

I've the same experience, for some reason adding settings to the networkpart of the camera seems not to be saved after reboot. @codlord @johnfitzy In my case the NVR has ip 192.168.2.125 and i can access the cams via 192.168.2.125:65001 etc. But for unknown reasons i can't get the NTP time from...

I've have an NVR 7604NI-K1-4P(B). On which i've selected timechecks via NTP. The camera's attached to the NVR get their own IP address 192.168.254.4/3/2. (3 cams total attached) I'm not sure how to take care of the time-settings on the camera's as it seems that they are not able to "test"...

I have the same NVR and use it via hik-connect. Select Configuration, Network, Advanced Settings, Platform Access, enable it, i've selected HikConnect and then within hikconnect, login and select the device and enter the stream encryption code, so you'll see the streams...

I misread the post earlier and thought is was for all C DS-2CD*7-G2 models, so I installed it onto my DS-2CD2047G2-LU (C), which also gave back the white light option. It loads the firmware correct. Maybe not mentioned to be the correct one...................

I was hoping that also the Overlay Rule Frame and Target Frame on Background Picture that is missing from the beginning was fixed, but still it is not in. I can confirm that white light is in the option box again.

I can confirm that 5.7.1 didn’t solve the issue via nvr. Without nvr ik couldn’t get notification in hik-connect. So i went back to nvr. Then i saw to late the option via email to attach picture. Will try that later on.

Thanks, it is strange while i get the notification with markers from the start after enabling rules. but then i had only the g3 models. And i do agree that within g5 some things are found on different places. Maybe the nvr in this case can’t process them from g5. Maybe i’ll try to get the g5 on...

I believe it is related to local rules setting and the event setting.
