Is hik connect down for anyone else? When I try and load the app on any android or apple device it doesn't open at all I am getting a message saying the app has a bug. Before I delete it and re install just wondered if anyone else is seeing the same issue Thanks

The hik connect issue resolved itself about a week after I posted. It's back to working as it should and has been ever since. I think like Phil said it was likely caused by an issue with hik servers In terms of the direct route I didn't bother with this as I need the push notifications to alert...
