Hikvision changed the Image Parameters Switch GUI and ISAPI functionality a bit in the latest firmware... you can no longer set time periods that "meet/overlap" unless they are on the hour or half hour... a bit hard to explain but if you have a camera and the image parameters switch now looks...

The default username is "admin"... I doubt you would have changed it so try "admin"... Password would be the one you created when you set up the NVR.

Hi @ianlunn100 ... That is odd... if you click on the Edit button for the NVR: Does everything look correct: I agree, I don't think your main view or remote playback should work if the NVR shows offline in maintenance and management...

I have the same cameras as @JB1970 ... the DS-7616NI-I2/16P was just barely able to cope... with the DS-7616NI-M2/16P, everything is smooth with room to spare.

I just loaded Hik-Connect 6.7.52 also... I don't use Hik-Connect to move to presets on my 2 old model PTZ's but I checked now... my "Back PTZ" has 6 presets (with the default names Preset 1, Preset 2, etc.) but this is what shows up in Hik-Connect: Only Preset 4 and Preset 5 are there...
