What type of handheld device could a criminal be using that causes a flash on the recording of a wired IP camera? There is no damage to the camera other than some fine dots of dirt.
I think a vandal is using a light source that temporarily disables recording, this gives them time to vandalise my property. I have turned on HLC, and reduced the exposure, is there anything else I can do?
