Thanks - I've attempted HikConnect but without success. Cannot add my NVR, I receive the following error message when attempting to add my serial number: "The device is offline. No search result is found.:

NVR: DS-7608NI-I2 / 8P with Firmware V4.1.67 build 181106 IVMS 4500: v.4.7.2 Until recently, I was able to remotely configure (the limited!) elements of the NVR available through IVMS 4500. - I can see all live camera vision whether on the LAN or away from home - so that tells me my FritzBox...
